The majority of people adore small and cute dogs that are one of the great and watchful, attractive and gentle companions. These lap dogs are lovable so much due to their capability to live in a small apartments, homes and RV's.

If you wish to have one small dog as your companion, remember your choice will be successful only in case you will obtain the pet that will fit you and the style of your life. You should take into consideration the age of your child (if you have one), the time you can spend with your small friend and, of course, your living space.

American Kennel Club informs that the number of people who get the small dogs as their pets and companions has increased. There is an abundance of small dog breeds. Among them are Daschund and Poodle, Beagle and Pug, Pomeranian and Bichon Frise, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, the Maltese and others. The Yorkshire terrier is one of the most popular toy dogs that is obtained and adopted by the majority of the humans. Its rank is number 2.
